- I am losing inches and not retaining water as much as I used to! Rings are fitting better. Clothes are fitting better. I will need to purchase new bras because I am on the smallest set of hooks, a problem I have NEVER had.
- I am able to actually look at something I am about to eat and say "Do I really WANT this? And the answer quite often is NO!"
- I have more ENERGY. I do not say that lightly. I have never, ever been able to say that. And it isn't a "nervous energy". When I go to bed, I fall asleep. When I wake up in the morning, I am AWAKE. I am by nature a very lazy person ... I know this. So now, I have energy and I'm not quite sure how to handle it. I foresee a lot of purging and cleaning of closets and sorting of piles of stuff. Now ... if I will only finish what I start. I also foresee starting several projects and possibly taking awhile to finish them.
- I have a lot more ENERGY!! It is worth repeating. Kind of amazing to me!!
- I am normally a 2-3 hour/afternoon napper given the chance! Have not needed a nap in a few months. VERY UNUSUAL!!
- My ankles are not swollen anymore!! They almost always were. Nice to see decent looking feet and ankles. My shoes also fit better.
- I am not suffering from acid-reflux any more and not taking Tums or any other meds for it, either.
- I am also using Plexus Body Cream and it really smells yucky but it sure does make my face and skin feel good!
- My nails and hair seem to be growing faster!
- May 2014 .... I have lost 25 pounds and 31.4 inches.
- I feel 30 years younger.
- I am still not needing naps .... sleeping really really well at night .... waking up with energy,
UPDATE May 2014 .... I wrote this post in Dec. 2013 after I had been using Plexus Products for 4 months. The changes I noted here HAVE CONTINUED .... but I would like to stress that it took approx. 4 months of using several of the Plexus Products to achieve these results. If you are expecting good solid consistent energy in the first week ... or month ... of taking these products, you might be disappointed. If you are expecting to lose 25lbs in the first month you WILL BE disappointed.
