Do I Percieve Myself Differently??? Wrongly????

Okay .... so ... since I have been on this Plexus Journey to Health and Wealth ... I have had several dear friends look at me and say "I have never seen you as a person who needed to lose weight".    What??  Seriously??  I do have to love these people!!  But come on??  My BMI lists me as "Way More than Morbidly Obese" .... is that a rating??  My trainer's little hand-held fat detector has me at 44% body fat .... what??  Yes, I am 6' tall .... Yes, I guess I carry my weight well ... but come on!!  I'm not going to tell you how much I weigh .... but I was about 120lbs overweight according to a what a Male my height should weigh .... and 140+ pounds compared to a female ... when I started on Plexus.   Of COURSE I need to lose weight ....

Yesterday was my 5 month Anniversary of being on Plexus and I am 15lbs down .... still working the 3lbs/month weight loss ... and that is fine with me.  Yesterday I also attended a monthly meeting and had one kind woman who kept staring at me tell me I have beautiful skin .... and another kind woman tell me that I am STUNNING!  I have never been called STUNNING.     My nieces, Kate, Jess, and Andy Sexton, Brittany Pierce and Lauren Pierce, are STUNNING .... I want to look like them someday!!

I know I need to lose weight.  I don't think I have Body Dysmorphia!!   I am pretty sure I see myself as I am!!   I probably do carry it well ... it's been me for nearly 54 years now, so ... I've got to carry it?   I do have wonderful Eyes, thanks Mom, thanks Dad!!  They are pretty stunning.  But here is what I see ....

 

Now tell me I don't need to lose weight!!   I do, however, appreciate that my double chin is shrinking .... WITHOUT BOTOX!!  Who needs botox when Plexus is available!!  

I appreciate the compliments from people .... I REALLY REALLY DO!!!  Going to keep after it, though!!
