Plexus Fast Relief Nerve Health Support.

 

Nerve damage is one of the most frustrating conditions for both the patent and the doctor.

Inflammation
The most common benefit of consuming green lipped mussels is the high concentration of omega-3 fatty acids. According to the Center for Genetics, Nutrition and Health, the consumption of omega-3 fatty acids is beneficial in the treatment of inflammatory diseases and autoimmune disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis.
Asthma
The consumption of green lipped mussels can also treat the symptoms associated with asthma. A study performed by the Pavlov Medical University in St. Petersburg, Russia revealed that subjects that were exposed to the lipid extract from green lipped mussel experienced a significant decrease in daytime wheezing, a decrease in the concentration of exhaled hydrogen peroxide, and and increase in morning peak expiratory flow than subjects who were not exposed to the lipid extract.
Stomach Ailments
The consumption of green lipped mussels can also be an effective treatment for some stomach ailments such as Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. According to PubMed.gov, consumption of green lipped mussels was proven to dramatically reduce the ulcerative harm done to the stomach by several non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in rats and pigs."

My Personal Experiences:

For YEARS I have had chronic pain in my neck and shoulders and knees .... all of which has been  relieved by use of the Fast Relief Capsules and Cream.   Probably because it reduces the inflammation!   I no longer use Aleve or Advil or any of the other OTC Pain meds ... which probably makes my Liver a lot happier.   ((My knees are also probably happier because I have lost 20 lbs!))

I have been taking the Fast Relief Capsules since September.  I started with the "loading dose" recommended on the bottle by taking 2 capsules 3 times daily for 2 months .... and I am now taking 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules at night before bed.   I'd have to say that my chronic pain is gone.  I still do have pain, though, because I am working out with a trainer and she seems to keep finding new muscles to assault!   Occasionally my knees and neck and shoulders will still ache (weather, stress, mean trainer ...) and when this happens I have started using the Fast Relief Lotion which is nothing short of AMAZING!!   I keep a bottle on my tutoring table and another in my bathroom and I am looking forward to receiving the sample pouches to take with me EVERYWHERE!


I have had one very strange thing happen to me and I am not sure what to attribute it to, if not the Fast Pain Relief system.  I have always, for at least 30 years, had a "dead spot" on the outside of my right leg just below my knee.  It was an area of about 12 in X 6 in and it was numb.  Always felt full of anesthesia!  But suddenly in December it started killing me!  Woke me up at night and ached during the day.  Applying the  Fast Relief lotion helped me get through the aching .... and I finally realized that I had FEELING in that area again.   I don't know why it was numb .... and I am uncertain why the feeling has returned.  But it was numb for YEARS and now it feels normal.  The only thing I have changed is using Plexus Products!!    I am NOT using the Nerve Health Support ... just the regular Fast Relief Capsules.

Almost 6 months Update ...

I have been drinking Plexus Slim (Drink Pink and Shrink) and taking the Accelerators for nearly 6 months now .... started August 18th, 2013 and today is Feb. 14, 2014.   I have lost 20 pounds (WooHoo!) and at least 30 inches.  It has been the easiest thing I have ever done to lose weight.  I have NOT been dieting.  I have NOT been depriving myself of food and drinks I enjoy.  I HAVE been exercising, but no more than I exercised for months and months before this.  Liz (my very mean trainer) and I have been together for almost 2 years now.   And because I am also selling this product, it is costing me next to nothing because of the commissions I am earning. 

However, I am having to buy new clothes.  I wanted to wait until I lost 30 pounds before I purchased new clothes .... but my bras are all stretched out and loose, and my jeans are all saggy and I had totally given up on ever losing weight again (Click here to understand why) and gave away all my "skinny jeans" (skinny being a relative term .... mostly jeans I could wear when I weighed less!!)   Hey ... when you are a size 20 .... size 16 jeans are Skinny Jeans!!    Jeans are not cheap!   I order my jeans online.  Ordered 18T's .... will let you know how they fit.

So I went to Lane Bryant yesterday to buy some new bras, as a friend had given me a gift card to Lane Bryant for that purpose!  Thanks KellieJo!!  The last time they had fitted me for a bra I wore a 44DD.  This time it was a 40H!   Okay ... when did DD become E?  And how did I go from an "E" to an "H" when I have lost 20 pounds and 4 inches around my ribcage??   Usually on any weight loss plan, boobs are the first thing to go!!  Has not happened to me apparently!!  Crazy Great!!  This Pink Drink sometimes seems like a miracle elixir!!

Update on Candida battle:  I continue to take  4 ProBio5's at night before bed along with 2 BioCleanse, 2 BioCleanse in the morning, and 2 Coconut Oils (not a Plexus product) with each meal if I remember to.    The Coconut Oils have caused me to have a very stuffy nose, possibly from a reaction to the Candida Die Off.  The stuffy nose has mostly subsided.   I sense that the battle is still raging inside me, though.  Candida is very tricky.  You don't want it to go away entirely .... you just want it to be in balance with the good  bacteria.   I have probably had Candida overgrowth for most of my 54 years .... it will take more than a couple of weeks to get it under control.     The ProBio5 that I take is very important in that battle .... helping to increase the good bacteria while I am killing off the Candida.    Although my nose is clearing up it has become quite tickly inside ... feels like things are squirming around in there ... just reporting what I am experiencing.   For more info on Candida, what it is ... what it does .... Tom is still fighting the Candida battle, too.   In order to help our cause we have both decided to do some clean/low carb eating (South Beach Diet) for awhile.   Plexus Slim has made it VERY easy for me to make this transition as I have recently been craving meats and vegetables as opposed to breads and potatoes and pastas (which is VERY unusual for me).    Sugars and alcohol feed the Candida .... so I have decided to pass up my nightly glass of red wine and I have noticed that the weight is coming off faster now.  I don't miss the red wine and instead might have a cup of tea (no caffeine type) before bed.    Fridays we will still have our Beers at BJ's ... make it a "cheat night" basically.   Will let you know how that goes.      Only been on the Low Carb thing for 5 days .... lost 3 pounds, though!!  Will be REALLY happy if that continues and will give ALL PRAISE to God and PLEXUS for that!!

Blood Test Results Feb. 2014

First of all .... my weight loss of 17 pounds was confirmed today by my Dr.!!!  WooHoo!!  Pretty excited about that!!   And my blood work showed wonderful improvements!!  Not DRAMATIC changes, but improvements nonetheless .... something I have not experienced in a LONG time!!  My Dr. was very complimentary and very pleased!  I gave him a sample of Plexus Slim and Accelerator along with the lists of ingredients.  He has been put on a diet by his wife and daughter and isn't too happy about it.  I suggested that Plexus Slim might be a great alternative!  He congratulated me that all my "hard work" was finally paying off .... and I told him it actually hasn't been hard at all!

Everything showed improvement.  Clearly I still have a ways to go on my Cholesterol numbers ... but everything is headed in the right direction!!  Without Statins!!     Kidney numbers are improving as are Liver Enzymes.  Yay!!   I am weaning off of Zoloft .... so far so good.  Dr. mentioned  going off my Blood Pressure meds if I continue to lose weight. 

I need to remind you that I have NOT changed much about how I eat or drink.  I like wine and beer and margaritas!!   I have NOT been on a Diet!!    In my opinion Plexus Slim and Accelerator are AMAZING PRODUCTS!!         As are ALL of the Plexus products.

Update on my Journey .... 02-04-2014

So far I have lost 17lbs and almost 30 inches in 5.5 months.  That is roughly 3lbs/month which is excellent and sustainable!!    I have not given up on any of the foods and activities I normally enjoy.  However, my tastes have changed!!  I was talking with a friend about this and the closest we could come to explaining how we are feeling is that we feel "normal" ... or at least what we think a normal person must feel like when it comes to our relationship with food.   It seems that food no longer controls me ... and that I am in control of what I want to eat and drink.   I am making better decisions about what I want to eat. 

• I keep a large container of dried fruit and nuts in the car and munch on those instead of going through a drive-thru for something unhealthy.
• I am drinking LOTS of water
• Chips and crackers are not the attraction they once were
• Potatoes, pastas, breads are not the attraction they have always been
• I seem to crave meats and vegetables .... so not like me
• Sweets were never really a big issue for me .... definitely aren't now
• I am enjoying warm teas .... nice on a winter day ... also unusual for me

I have been taking Coconut Oil recently to help battle the Candida Overgrowth and my nose has been seriously clogged and my head foggy.  Tom (my husband) promises that I will feel a million times better in a week or so .... unbelievably better, he says!!  I sure hope so!!  I know I want to kill the Candida, but as predicted, I am feeling worse before I will feel better.   Kind of sucks!!

I go to the doctor tomorrow to get the results of my blood tests.  When I went in to get my blood drawn on Friday he noticed that I had lost weight and commented that I looked toned and healthy!  Yay!!  People are noticing!  I still have approx. 100lbs to lose, but people can tell that I am losing weight.  I am hoping the blood numbers come back awesome compared to results I had in August 2013.   I'll report in when I know more.

Right now I am taking Plexus Slim (Pink Drink) once in the morning .... 2 Accelerators w/breakfast ... 4 ProBio5's and 3 BioCleanse at night before bed.   Also taking 2 coconut oil capsules with each meal.
