- I keep a large container of dried fruit and nuts in the car and munch on those instead of going through a drive-thru for something unhealthy.
- I am drinking LOTS of water
- Chips and crackers are not the attraction they once were
- Potatoes, pastas, breads are not the attraction they have always been
- I seem to crave meats and vegetables .... so not like me
- Sweets were never really a big issue for me .... definitely aren't now
- I am enjoying warm teas .... nice on a winter day ... also unusual for me

I go to the doctor tomorrow to get the results of my blood tests. When I went in to get my blood drawn on Friday he noticed that I had lost weight and commented that I looked toned and healthy! Yay!! People are noticing! I still have approx. 100lbs to lose, but people can tell that I am losing weight. I am hoping the blood numbers come back awesome compared to results I had in August 2013. I'll report in when I know more.
Right now I am taking Plexus Slim (Pink Drink) once in the morning .... 2 Accelerators w/breakfast ... 4 ProBio5's and 3 BioCleanse at night before bed. Also taking 2 coconut oil capsules with each meal.
